Jason joined Rusk O’Brien Gido + Partners in 2016 after graduating from Bentley University as a finance major with a law minor. He supports ROG+Principals in the delivery of business valuation and merger & acquisition services. Jason also analyzes financial statements, conducts industry and economic research, develops valuation models and prepares written reports. He makes valuable contributions to ROG’s Annual A/E Business Valuation and M&A Transaction Study by collecting and analyzing data from hundreds of companies.

Prior to joining the firm Jason interned at a Meditech consulting firm where he conducted financial analysis, industry and economic research, and constructed budget and valuation models. He also interned at a financial planning and tax firm where he prepared individual, trust, and corporate tax returns for small businesses. While at Bentley, Jason completed intensive training seminars with the Pillars of Wall Street training program including Fundamentals of Valuation, Accounting for Bankers, and 3 Statement Financial Modeling.

Jason is also a Level II candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program after successfully passing the Level I exam, as well as a candidate to be an Accredited Member (AM) in the American Society of Appraisers.

Jason is originally from Kennebunk, Maine and enjoys golfing, skiing and traveling with friends and family in his free time.
